Who are you? Do you know?

One of the most powerful limitations you are experiencing right now is your learned Self-perception. For most of us who we believe we are and who we truly are is not the same thing.

Your Primary Identity is your self-perception of yourself. The problem is that mixed in with the many good qualities, dreams, purpose and gifts you recognize in yourself; there may also be an equal amount of learned labels that severely limit your ability to express your potential and embody your life purpose.

Here’s why.

You Personal Identity or your “I Amness” is the  deepest, most powerful level of your subconscious. It overrides beliefs, values and habits. Your Reticular Activation System and your Amygdala will not let anything through if it disagrees with your self-perception of who you are.

What does this mean for you?

• If you deeply believe that you are poor; if your personality is attached to lack, scarcity and financial struggle ~no matter how hard you try to make money, your subconscious is repelling it.
  
  
• If you believe that you are sickly and weak, your Reticular Activating System is not letting through any of the alternative healing and affirmations you are using to get healthy.

You get the drift.

To release the learned labels attached to your Sacred Self to these things:

• Take time to connect to your Soul and listen. Source your choices and actions from the deep core wisdom in your Soul.
• Practice gratitude for your Sacred Self and your life until the gratitude vibration is spreading through your heart and then pour it over your self, embracing yourself in Divine love.
  
  
• Detach from the labels and limitations you have attached to your Sacred Self.  Every time you hear yourself inwardly or out loud using one of these labels or limitations, tap your head gently on top of your ears and say inwardly in inhalation and then outwardly in exhalation: “this has nothing to do with me. I’m ready to release this label.”
