You have a Self-Inquisitor inside you, a gift from the centuries of judgment you have experienced as a spiritual, creative woman.
It constantly judges and belittles you. It constantly finds you guilty, shameful, undeserving, a fake and punishes you stay on the background, hold back, procrastinate and to deny yourself the permission to have, be and enjoy your purpose.
The antidote for this Self-inquisitor is simple, but not easy.
Release the habit of judgment. Give it up. Judgment of yourself or others is unnecessary, arrogant, unproductive and unloving.
Any and every time that you catch yourself judging yourself or others, simply say:
Be aware that you may have to say this dozens of times each day at the beginning. But it gets better.
Practice this for a year, and your life will change.
- You will be more loving with yourself and others.
- You will be more compassionate.
- You will have less stress and pressure to perform.
- And your self-esteem and self-love will flourish.
- You will walk in freedom.
Question:
What usual judgments do you lay on yourself? How do they affect you?
