Are you missing relaxation opportunities?

Reading Time: 2 minutes How many relaxation opportunities have you missed this week? Check it out! Hi, this is Maria Mar in another LifeByte, a real life story that brings real life lessons. Reading Time: < 1 minute Daily Wisdom Words: Judgment polarizes, creating war and conflict. Compassion allows us to find what unites us. When you judge, you are using the logical mind to categorize someone who is different as bad. Are you sure you have truly listened and reflected before reaching this conclusion? Compassion allows us to open our heart and ears to listen, understand and find what unites us, so that we can leave in harmony and celebrate our differences. Why do you think that we tend to judge and blame instead of listening and loving? Click here to participate in my Facebook survey. Daily Question: How has judgment caused you pain? Repeat three times. 4.  You can sing it for the extra power of vibrations. Create a jingle with a good beat. Jingles operate powerfully in the subconscious. Hear the structural beat.
