Daily Wisdom Words:
Judgment polarizes, creating war and conflict. Compassion allows us to find what unites us.
When you judge, you are using the logical mind to categorize someone who is different as bad. Are you sure you have truly listened and reflected before reaching this conclusion? If you have not, then you are simply projecting your limitations and closing off to difference and diversity. This is the “I’m’ right, you’re wrong” attitude at the bottom of wars and conflicts. Become an agent of peace through non-judgment.
Compassion allows us to open our heart and ears to listen, understand and find what unites us, so that we can leave in harmony and celebrate our differences.
