The Dream Alchemist says: Most of us do not even realize that throughout the day we make dozens of choices that are simply habits. You do not think about them because you are not aware that they are choices. They are programs. They are Tiny Stories embedded in your subconscious and you are a character playing their script. Does that sound like freedom to you? It is not. Shamans see Habit-choices as going in the opposite direction to the Path of Freedom. To make Freedom-choices you need to become aware of the moment of choice, your habitual choices and your possibilities. Then you can make a Freedom-choice. Want to know more?
