Your words  create your Youniverse. What Youniverse do you want to create for 2014?

Consider what you are creating with your tongue right now. Your words can create heaven on earth or hell on earth. Which one are you creating?

Your words are the bricks with which you create the Youniverse that houses you.

• Are you creating a spacious, beautiful, well-lit, warm and harmonious home?
• Are you creating a prison that constricts everyone’s thoughts and possibilities?
• Are you creating a court house where everyone is judged and sentenced?

Describe the bricks you are using and you will see the house you are inhabiting.

Your words are the Younique verse you are creating to express your truth and leave an imprint in the world.

• Are you creating a poem that praises the beauty of this world?
• Are you creating a poem that inspires and uplifts others?
• Are you creating a poem that moves the listener to dive deep into the soul and connect to her/his truth?
• Are you creating a poem that shares your humanity and allows others to accept their humanity?

Or is the Uni-verse you are creating a…

• Rant blaming others.
• Monologue on never ending problems and adversity that gives everyone a headache.
• Despair, negativity and the glass half-empty
• Endless complaint, evasions.
• Meaningless words that you don’t live by and everyone knows it, so they stop listening.

Your words are the Universe you paint for yourself and others, including those under your care and the future generations. Is your painting:

•  A hymn to the beauty and miracles of this world.
• A new, unique perception that expands others’ imagination.
• A call to love, diversity, humanity.
• A teaching, learning, lesson, expansion.
• An experience of love, joy or freedom.
• A mirror to see what we as humans are creating and to grow and evolve.

Or is your painting:

•  A self-portrait of your aggrandized ego
• A picture of your fears magnified so that others fall prisoner to them.
• A picture showing the worst in humanity, with no redeeming qualities or call to action
• An attachment to your rigid dogmas and habits and a judgment of anything new.

Each word you utter is your destiny. Where do you want to go with it?
