Terms of Service :

• You have 10 days from now to cancel for a full refund.
  
  
• You can re-schedule up to five days before the scheduled day. If you booked for Tuesday, October 10 then you have until October 5 to re-schedule. Only one reschedule is allowed. Remember: I reserve that time for you and do not book it for anyone else. If you re-schedule late, someone else may be left without a guidance session.
  
  
• After 10 days, there is no cancellation refund.
  
  
• Same day rescheduling is not acceptable.
  
  
• If you miss the appointment, the service is considered rendered.
  
  
• Depending on your customized guidance or ceremony, you may have the following follow-up:
  • Customized Ceremonial Intensive: 2-week follow-up, once a week for a total of 2 direct communications with me. It’s up to you to send me an email, ask me questions or anything else you want within that time.
    
  • Customized Ceremonial Program: one month follow-up, one email a week for a maximum of 4 follow-up emails. Also includes a Ceremonial Blueprint and list of materials for your preparation.
    
  • Guidance Session, Premium: One preparation email
    
  • Other sessions: Per service description
