Reading Time: 4 minutes The Heart of Beauty with Chorus including a modified version of the Navajo prayer “I walk in beauty” 1: This is a ceremonial poem. I created it as an oasis for us to enter serenity and replenish our energy during these turbulent times. The chorus has a ChiDance with simple movements that we can do to accompany the words as a form of movement meditation. This practice is keeping me sane and returning me to beauty every day!
