Sunday Prayer:

May I listen.

May I listen with curiosity.

May I listen without noise.

May I listen to the heart of what is being said.

May I hear the heart of she who says it.

May I hear my own heart.

May I listen to the infinite ring of the bell of truth

in all that I hear,

so that I know what is essential

and how to answer.
