In Harry Shade’s Radio Show, Rare Sense Thoughts the other day I shared my Sacred Feminine Ecstasy Tea Ceremony. This is a super serotonin, love hormone, fun and sensual treat for those special moments when you want to pamper your palate and treat yourself as royalty. Some people have asked me for the recipe again. Here it is.
Ingredients:
- Organic chocolate bar, 85% cacao
- Package of blueberries, preferably organic
- Wild Berry Tea, preferably organic
- A long cinnamon stick
Wash the blueberries and serve in a beautiful plate.
Prepare the tea, serve on a gorgeous tea cup and place a cinnamon stick in it. No sugar!
Bring your tea to a cozy place where you have the other ingredients. Slowly stir your tea with the cinnamon stick, enjoying its fragrance.
Place 3 blueberries in your mouth and chew veeery slowly. When they begin to dissolve, place a tiny piece of chocolate, the size of your pinky’s fingertip, in your mouth. Feel the oh! so delicious sensation of the blueberry and the chocolate melting and blending. Now take a zip of wild berry, and you’ll be in palate paradise!
Repeat the operation a minimum of 3 times and a maximum of 5 times.
This ceremony is great to start a night of romance. Enjoy!
