Rush Vs. Trust

One of the ways in which you know if it’s your Ego or your Spiritual Guidance whose driving your choices is by it’s tempo.

• Are you rushing?
• Are you cramping a whole of ideas and measures into your goals?
• Is your mind cluttered?
• Do you feel pushed and pulled?
• Is your sense of urgency coming from a scary place that creates stress, like fear of scarcity or failure?

Your Ego is driving the buss. Stop!

Stop the world! Get off that wagon.

• Are you trusting, even don’t you don’t know the whole picture yet or may not even know HOW you will do this, but it FEELS right?
• Are you enjoying what you are doing? Does it bring you joy?
• Does it feel meaningful, rich and fulfilling, even if it’s still a work-in-progress?
• Do you feel the empty spaces?
• Is there silence in the rhythm of your work and your days?
• Is your BodySoul present and happy with what is going on?
• Are you listening?
• Are you flowing?
• Are you present instead of pushed forward, focusing on the future, feeling that you never finished and that you “are behind”? Are you breathing into each moment, fully here, now?

Flow onwards! You are in the flow of life, guided by The Divine.

The difference is clear: rush Vs. Trust.
