Saturday Poem: “Ode to your Sacred Self.”

I share an “I Am” poem that I do every birthday to connect to my Sacred Self and celebrate who I am and how I’ve grown. I Am

…A speck of dust

flying in the wind.

The pollen perhaps

that germinates a field.

The oxygen atom

that revives a breathless man.

I am

A tiny drop

in the vast ocean.

The drop that joins others

to rise in a huge wave.

The drop that carries

food to a school of fish.
