Manifestation Affirmation No. 4:

I do this by letting go of the dramas, habits and identities that steal my dream every day. I do this by aligning myself and my emotions and frequency with the frequency of my Dream. I do this by enjoying every experience and life lesson that brings me closer and gives me a test of what I want and being grateful for it. And I do this by refusing to create or accept anything that runs contrary to my Dream and my best potential.

Habits like negativity and self-effacement run contrary to your Dream because your Dream is the realization of your brightest potential and your life purpose; the natural frequency of your organic self. As long as you keep accepting that you are less, that you cannot do it, that you have to settle, that it is not possible or that you can do the opposite now and change later, you are vibrating at the opposite frequency to your dream. You cannot attract a frequency by holding on to its opposite vibration.
