I do this by believing that it exists right now in the universe and feeling how it’s approaching. I allow it to move closer to me and I open a space for it by releasing the thoughts, emotions and actions that may repel it. I attract its frequency with the frequency of my emotions and the consistency of my Internal and External Actions.

There are many faces to the Internal Action of receiving. It begins with believing that what you desire or dream  is possible for you and that you deserve it. It involves trusting the universe to flow in your favor, not against you. You may also  need to release limiting beliefs and to  break through Blind Spots that don’t let you see when what you want is approaching or how to move towards it.

One of the things that most amazes me is how often in one short dialogue people tell me what they want and then turn around and reject any possibility of having it and any suggestions on how to achieve it.

In this case, they are trapped in a world where what they want is not allowed.

Set your intention to receive, allow and believe in what you want and then work steadily towards its creation, opening your mind to see it as it shows up. You’ll be pleasantly surprised!
