I stop hiding behind worry, procrastination and drama. Instead I track down and shift the limiting beliefs, habits and attitudes that make me REPEL what I want constantly without even noticing its presence.

Behind each worry there is a breach of faith.

Beneath each drama, there is a trap from the past.

Inside each procrastination, there is an evasion.

Stop being a worrier and become a warrior.

The minute you see yourself involved in drama, stop the world and disengage. What fear from the past traps you in your habitual dramas?

If you see yourself procrastinating, find what you are avoiding and evading. Address it until you can move forward.
