- Start by rubbing your hands together like you rub two sticks to make fire. When your hands are very hot, it will be easier to feel their electro-magnetic force and the mini-chakras in your hand spinning.
- As you hear my words and see the image of The Sacred Hand, intuitively place your hands, –palm facing your body– on any part of your body you want to heal, love or celebrate. You may also place them on your child or a loved one.
Here it goes:
The hand of The Divine spins in your hands. This is the mystery of the Sacred Hand. This is your power as a Creatress or Creator.
Open your Sacred Hand to heal that which needs healing.
Open your Sacred Hand to receive that which is flowing towards you in The Field of Infinite Possibilities.
Open your Sacred Hand to feel the Sacred Hand of The Divine holding you right now.
Open your Sacred Hand to change what no longer serves you.
Open your Sacred Hand to touch others with love.
Open your Sacred Hand to activate the body’s self-healing power.
Open your Sacred Hand to BE the hand of The Divine on this earth.
