Everything in the world has a song.
There is a rhythm to life.
When you engage with another being, situation or even an object, listen to its song and its rhythm.
The waters sing in the song of flow and the rhythm of splash, and they have a crystal song.
The wind sings in a humming breath that whispers of change as it helps things come and go.
The branches crackle in the wind, dancing with the changing weather.
The trees sing in the chirps of birds and the fluttering of leafs and wings.
The leaf has a silent song, yet as it quietly spirals in the wind, it too vibrates and falls softly to earth in the final song of death.
The temples sing in chants, prayers and bells.
The market sings in offers, numbers and announcements.
The city sings in children’s laughter, humming motors and blasting sirens.
The road sings in the swisssh! of cars and the thumpdum! of trucks.
And that printer, that computer, that iphone,
they too sing in rhythms that reveal connection, disconnection, flow or congestion.
Listen to the song of life, and you can engage harmoniously with everything around you.
When you listen to the song in each being or object, you can feel its rhythm, know its purpose and anticipate its problems.
You become a seer, when you listen.
