Are you pushing yourself? Do you get impatient with the achievement of a goal? Then this message is for you.
A process takes time. It is a creative unfolding. It is organic. There are lessons to be learned, steps that need to be taken in certain order, and time in between for rest and assimilation. A process is like a tree growing, it is the result of interdependent forces collaborating towards an organic development.
A project is a short-term construction that consists of building blocks. You put a block on top of the other, do this and then that, and the project comes to a conclusion. A project is like constructing a building.
Life is a process. Manifesting your dream is a process. Even achieving a specific goal is a process, even when it includes building blocks.
A process is nurtured. A project is executed.
Therefore, it is a bad idea to try to execute life as if if were a project. Any organic process, like manifestation, requires that you nurture it by working with the forces that collaborate in its development.
There’s three things you can do to help a process:
1. Help it grow by nurturing its development.
2. Do not hinder that development (including trying to speed it up or pushing against the grain).
3. Observe and respect its organic needs so that you can collaborate instead of trying to control.
A project, on the other hand, is usually controlled by determining the steps and tasks, assigning them and creating a timeline for the steps and tasks.
Life is not a project.
Take off the helmet. Pick up the fertilizer.
