Picture this: you’re pointing your index in an accusing manner to someone else. Look at your hand. You’ll find three fingers folded, pointing at you!
You make judgments based on your limiting beliefs, prejudices, fears and learned expectations. Therefore, your judgments are mirrors of your limitations and expectations.
If you stop yourself and examine your judgments, you will be able to discover the learned limitations that may be holding you back or limiting your potential.
Use judgment as a mirror to free yourself from judgment.
