Is your BeliefSphere contaminated? Clear it up!
If you’ve read the Biology of Belief or studied epigenetics, you know that cells are not wholly determined by genetic inheritance, but that they adapt and respond to your environment.
Shamans have known for centuries that the cells in your body have intelligence and that the way they interpret your reality is the environment that cues this intelligence to respond. That’s why they’ve worked under the premise that only recently quantum scientists discovered: that your perception creates your reality.
If you read the article You Live the Story you Tell, you know that once the old limiting stories you learn are embedded into your Reptilian Brain, your Primary Identity and your subconscious beliefs, they become the Beliefsphere that is an ecosystem to your cellular intelligence.
What does this mean for you? It means that your cells are constantly responding to the interpretations, expectations, warnings and beliefs in this Beliefsphere.
Like the stratosphere or the atmosphere, this is an environment that can be healthy or contaminated.
If your old stories do not sustain your growth and happiness; if they hold you back from what you desire to manifest or sabotage your highest potential, then your Beliefsphere is contaminated.
This means that you have to release the toxic stories you’ve been holding on to and to install new stories that strengthen your immune system, your self-love and confidence and that empower you to be all that you can be.
Now you get an idea of how important it is to change your old stories. Re-writing them into your subconscious, identity and survival system is the only way to change your Beliefsphere.
Once your new stories become your Beliefsphere, your reality will quickly and gracefully change to reflect yournew stories.
Here are three simple shifts and practices to help you heal your Beliefsphere.
1. Release excuses, complaints and “Yes, but” statements from your repertoire. These are serious pollutants to your Beliefsphere. When you look at your excuses and complaints as the shaman-warrior does, you use them to track down the old stories that contaminate your belief and to shift them. Then they stop debilitating you and you can easily release them.

2. Change negative “What Ifs” into Positive “What Ifs.” Imagine that the “WhatIf” is a magic wand. Do you want to wave it and create negative circumstances generated by your fear? Or do you want to wave it to create possibilities generated by your imagination and freedom?
3. Release where you come from so that it comes from love instead of lack. Whatever you want, let it be infused with your desire, love, gratitude and excitement; not with lack, loss or hunger. The former attract solutions and clear your Beliefsphere. The later spray despair and inadequacy, polluting your Beliefsphere.
