Ecstasy is your nature

For years, I was trapped in the slavery of caretaking. (Unlike caregiving, caretaking is an addictive giving and caring, constantly focused on others at the expense of the self). For many years, I sacrificed my sleep, rest and desires to serve others. For many, many years I struggle to provide “real” service by delivering what I was told others wanted, doing my duty; which could not possibly be what made me happy.

And I got sick. I got sick and tired. I got very unhappy. I got poor. I ended up homeless.

And standing in the Power of Zero, of having lost everything, I reached inside my being and found the joy of being my True Self. Being who I truly, naturally, joyfully and spontaneously am. Doing what makes me happy.

It was at that moment, when everything seemed lost that I found myself and my Personal Compass.

You were born to live an ecstatic life. You were created to do the work that makes you ecstatic.

That ecstasy is the signal that you are doing what you came here to do in the unique way you can do it. You are fulfilling your purpose. Nothing but that brings you ecstasy.

• Give yourself permission to be your deepest truth.
• Give yourself permission to speak the deepest poetry of your soul.
• Give yourself permission to dance and move in the way your body desires.
• Give yourself permission to do what you love for a living.
• Give yourself permission to follow your bliss.

For in your ecstasy you give your greatest gift to humanity.

Now I work in a state of grace, writing things like this blog post, inspirational words, poetry that touches the soul, stories that move the heart; creating shamanic journeys that awake the awareness and performances that stir to action, helping my Tribe to manifest their Soul’s Dream, achieve Personal Freedom and reach their brightest potential.

I am blissed-out as I write. My stories renew and inspire me. My dances and performances wash away toxins and heal me as I work. Divine grace constantly flows through me. I am shown great beauty every day. I am showered in revelations, healing and wisdom every day.

I live and work in ecstasy. And that is my gift to you.
