What is the essential spiritual attribute you should cultivate, according to the Dalai Lama?
In a conversation with a South African artist I learned that he had organized an event to bring the Dalai Lama to South Africa.
He revealed to me that at the time he was going through spiritual turmoil and he asked the Dalai Lama that if he could focus in just one thing to grow spiritually, what should it be?
