Casting Stones against the sky

Monday Meditation:

You are lying face up, casting stones against the sky. The stones fall straight back down and hit you. That’s consequence. Use this filter to see what is happening to you now. See what remains hidden in the problem you are facing right now in your life.  What are the stones falling? What are the stones you threw? Once you have an insight, ask your heart how it can stop throwing stones. Perhaps it would be better to cast roses to the sky! What would that mean for you?
