This month I’ve been reflecting about how the stories we tell ourselves and others become the life we live. I’ve been diving deeply into the hidden stories: The old, learned and obsolete stories we carry inside us without even realizing it and how they sabotage our manifestation and thwart our desires. How does this happen? As I explored the process by which our stories become our life, I saw that they create a BeliefSphere that becomes the environment to which our cells respond.
