Here are some habits that interfere with your capacity to expand your understanding of truth and tap into a higher truth:

Attachment: Attachment to a way of seeing things, to beliefs, ideas and learned interpretations.

Judgment: It derails any understanding.

Fear: It interrupts any understanding and adds layers of projection distorting reality.

Defensive Reactions: Connected to all the above. If you seek to defend yourself you cease to understand what is truly going on.
