Old age is not the age you have,
but the era to which you hold on.
My definition of being old: when you stop learning and believe that you have nothing more to learn or change.
This can happen at any age. It is an attitude, a closing of one’s mind and heart to growth. Growth is about learning, changing and exploring. It requires imagination, willingness to make mistakes and taking risks. When you stop doing any of this, you enter old age.
Do not believe any nonsense about old age.
To become ageless, go to the source.
- Do you live in the present?
- Do you flow with change and life?
- Is your mind open to imagination?
- Does your heart embrace the mystery of life with wonder?
Then you are ageless.
